I am rather slow at this whole website communication. When did you send this? The last week of May is best for us, as weather can be quite wet and cold before then. However, birding is incredible earlier in the month, on Harrison Lake, and if the dogs stay well away from any cattle at the Lake (we and our leasing ranching neighbors will be calving at that time, so wandering dogs unfortunately fall into the “shoot at first sight” category during calving).

We will provide a dog kennel outside the cabin, so dogs are safe if you choose to leave them for any time you are not present.
