Afternoon Classes: $5.00 donation/adult, suggested fee

11:00 am- Dairy Cow MILKING DEMONSTRATION (Jenny Sabo)- kids participate!
12:00 Noon- TOUR of Sabo Ranch’s Grassfed Meats Operation- Mark and Jenny Sabo
- Grassfed Devon Cattle
- Grassfed Jersey Cattle
- Pastured Poultry
- Pastured Pork
- Off Grid Living
- Year Round Fresh Food Harvesting
1:00 pm- All Local Food LUNCH, including time to chat with afternoon presenters.
- Grassfed Beef & Pork, Wheat Bread, Salad, Tapioca, Ice Cream, Rhubarb, Honey, Butter, (Lacto-Fermented Drinks, Fresh Milk, Delicious Water)
2:00 pm- Afternoon CLASSES (60 minutes each) ($5.00/adult, donation suggested)

All Lecturers welcome young listeners, some have programs targeted for children (indicated).
