Sabo Ranch will be offering Devon Grassfed Burgers, fresh for dinner at Bogert Park Farmers Market this summer, Tuesdays, 5-8pm. ALL LOCAL, with everything from ketchup to side salads grown and prepared as close to Bozeman as possible. We will also carry our regular frozen grassfed beef, available by the pound, at our Farmers Market booths.

100% Grassfed BEEF raised by Sabo Ranch, Pastured PORK by Nate Powell-Palm, 100% Grassfed LAMB by Montana Highland Lamb
No Added Hormones or Antibiotics, No Toxics on pasture or hay, Pork grains are all certified organic Big Sky Organic Feeds.
Rolling CSA, which starts any month with 50% payment, remainder due within 30 days. CSA’s delivered mid month at Winter or Bogert Farmers Markets.
SMALL CSA: Choose A) All Grassfed BEEF, B) Grassfed Beef/Pastured Pork/Grassfed Lamb
5 lbs Frozen grassfed meats/month for 6 months–($37.00 value per month,$222 value). $210.00 total due.
2 lbs Grassfed Beef Steaks, 1 lb each beef/pork/lamb (mostly ground meats) per month–all BEEF option available also!
LARGE CSA: Choose A) All Grassfed BEEF, B) Grassfed Beef/Pastured Pork/Grassfed Lamb
10 lbs Frozen grassfed meats/month, for 6 months. ($75.00 value each month,$450 value), $435.00 total due.
2-4 lbs Grassfed Beef Steaks, Roasts, 2-3 lbs Grassfed Burger, Short Ribs, Ground Lamb, Shanks or Steaks, Pork Chops or Pork Sausage. Each month a bit different.
Sabo Ranch Devon/Angus Quarter Beef Option:
We will be harvesting only 6 Devon/Red Angus steers this year for 1/2 and 1/4 BEEF customers.
Harvest Date: mid October, delivery to Bozeman early November 2010.

$5.00/lb boxed and frozen, 80-100 lbs of meat per mixed quarter (Rib steaks, Sirloin, T-Bone, Brisket, Round and Chuck steaks or roasts, Burger) is the basic option, other choices possible. $100.- deposit required.
